Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale come with a 30-day free trial. We ask for a card up front so your stores keep syncing without interruption when the trial ends — you can cancel any time before then and you will not be charged. Premium and Elite are configured together with our team, so they start with a demo instead of a trial.

How does the annual discount work?

Right now, paying annually costs the same as 9 months of the monthly price — so 3 months are free. This is a promotion that runs until December 31, 2026. Annual prices are shown above, and the price you sign up at is the price you pay for that billing period.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Membership & billing inside your account. Changes take effect immediately and your next invoice is adjusted automatically.

What counts as a marketplace store?

Each connected seller account counts as one store — for example, an Amazon US account and an Amazon Europe account are two stores. Temu counts the same way.

What happens if I go over a limit?

Nothing breaks automatically. You will see your usage inside your account and we will get in touch to help you move to the right plan before anything changes.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices and receipts are available in your billing portal.

Do you charge per order or take a commission?

No. The subscription price is what you pay — we do not take a percentage of your sales. Account credit for optional paid services, such as shipping labels, is topped up separately from your wallet.
